Your account is where your purchase lives. The email helps you find it again.
New sales are currently paused while documents and delivery are prepared. Existing buyers can still sign in to check their purchases.
Choose the right format.
Read the listing before buying. An original edition is one PDF or Word file, exactly as described. A generated template asks you for details and creates your documents. Check the format, jurisdiction, price and sale terms.
Use an email you can access.
For an original edition, sign in and confirm your email before checkout. For an existing generated-template purchase, sign in with the email used at checkout. This is how your purchase stays connected to you.
Check payment confirmation.
Payment must be confirmed before access is granted. Some payment methods take longer. If your card was charged but the page is still waiting, check your account before starting another payment.
Open your document.
Original editions appear under Your purchases in My vault. Generated-template purchases appear in Open your documents, where you enter your details and build the files. Your purchase email links back to your account.
Paid, but cannot find it?
- The email has not arrived.
- Check spam, then sign in with your purchase email. A delayed purchase email does not stop an available document from opening in your account. Original purchase pages also show the email status.
- I signed in, but it is missing.
- Check that you used the same email as the purchase. Original editions are in My vault. Generated templates are in Open your documents. Keep the purchase reference and payment confirmation for any delivery enquiry.
- The page is waiting for payment.
- Refresh the purchase page. If you have already been charged, do not pay again to recover a file. Payment confirmation and document availability are separate steps.
- Can someone use a forwarded email?
- An original purchase link requires the buyer's signed-in account. Keep downloaded files private. Refunds or payment disputes can pause further access.
